Various manufacturers provided RAM chip used in  the CPC.
The major difference is their speed, from 250ns to 120ns.
(It only matter if you are going to  overclock  your CPC,
which is imho, useless :).

Some of my CPC6128 use :

KM4164B-15 (150ns) SAMSUNG
MT4264-15  (150ns) MICRON TECHNOLOGY


You will find some PDFs about others  64k x 1bit DRAM  in
the  Equivalents/  folder.  I'm  still  looking  for  the
datasheet of the RAM chips used in the CPC.
